Tenders are scattered and the rules are buried

Government tenders are spread across Mahatenders, the Central Public Procurement Portal and GeM. The rules that decide who can bid, like turnover, past work, EMD and certificates, sit inside long documents: the notice inviting tender, the eligibility section, the bill of quantities, special conditions and every corrigendum issued after.

Small firms either miss tenders they could have won, or spend days preparing bids they were never eligible for. BidNama does the first read for you, so your time goes into the tenders that fit.

How it works

  1. Collect

Public tenders from Mahatenders, the Central Public Procurement Portal and GeM, in one search, filtered to the kind of work you do.

  2. Read

BidNama uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to read each tender document and pull out the eligibility rules, dates, fees and evaluation method.

  3. Compare

It checks those rules against your company profile: turnover, past orders, registrations and certificates.

  4. Decide

You get a one-page report with a verdict, the reasons for it, the documents to prepare and the dates to keep.

A sample report

Every report ends with one of three verdicts, Low, Medium or High chance, and the reasons behind it. No made-up percentages. Pick a sample tender to see how the report changes.
